There is nothing better than Spring and for me here on the Highlands of Asiago, as this is the time of year when our wild flowering cherry trees begin to bloom. It is as if all the waiting of warmer days after winter are over, and although this year we have had strange weather patterns the arrival of these fragrant blooms bring on the fever of Spring and photographic heaven!
Non c'è niente di meglio della primavera per me sull'Altopiano dei Sette Comuni, perché questo è il periodo dell'anno in cui i nostri ciliegi selvatici iniziano a fiorire. È come se tutta l'attesa dei giorni più caldi dopo l'inverno fosse finita, e anche se quest'anno abbiamo avuto strani momenti meteorologici, l'arrivo di questi fiori profumate porta la febbre della primavera e il paradiso fotografico!

This magnificent display symbolizes renewal and the ephemeral nature of life, creating a breathtakingly poetic scene that captivates onlookers with its serene beauty.
Rinomata per la sua bellezza, il ciliegio trova un posto nei giardini, nei parchi e nei paesaggi rurali e può crescere fino a 20 metri di altezza. I have an immense love of trees, not only during Spring when they are at their most delicate, but in all the seasons. As the world battles wars, social media is out of control, values are disappearing every day, AI taking over bad or good, we need to look at simpler things in life, and protect our planet. This begins with looking after our trees, woodlands and forests, and above all water resources.
Ho un immenso amore per gli alberi, non solo in primavera quando sono più delicati, ma in tutte le stagioni. Mentre il mondo combatte le guerre, i social media sono fuori controllo, i valori stanno scomparendo ogni giorno, l'IA sta prendendo il sopravvento sul male o sul bene, dobbiamo guardare le cose più semplici nella vita e proteggere il nostro pianeta. Questo inizia con la cura dei nostri alberi, boschi e foreste, e soprattutto delle risorse idriche.
